* Cancellation and early termination policy
If guests delete the reservation before the rental period starts and don’t name a replacement that accepts the same terms, then they are responsible for paying the following percentages of the rental price to cover costs, as long as a further rental is not possible:
Termination
- up to 60 days before rental period: 10 % of rental price
- up to 40 days before rental period: 30 % of rental price
- otherwise (less than 30 days before rental period) 100% of rental price**.
**When our guests delete the reservation in the last 30 days before the arrival they have to pay the full rental price. We give the opportunity to make a new reservation in another period of the year, according to our availability, without paying more.
INSTANT BOOKING - BOOK WITH US
If you choose to book your accomodation trough our Instant Booking page, we will charge the 30% of the total amount on your Credit Card. The balance will be chaged 60 days before your arrival on the same Credit Card.
